How Stockdale's RFD Rewards Program Works
When you receive your Stockdale’s RFD Rewards Card, you will be instructed to visit our website to Register Your Account. You cannot redeem rewards until you have properly registered online. You will earn points for your purchases per dollar spent. The rate of points earned per dollar spent may vary by item or category. Stockdale’s reserves the right to exclude certain categories and or items from this program completely. Stockdale’s may from time to time offer additional points on chosen items as a promotional event.
Points may only be earned at the time of purchase. Having your RFD Rewards Card with you makes it easier for us to find your account in a timely manner. If you do not bring your Card with you to the store, we will locate your account by entering the telephone number provided at the time of registration.
When 500 points are earned, those points are converted into a $5 reward. Points over that amount will not be converted. For example, accumulating 550 points would entitle a RFD Rewards member to one $5 reward with fifty points remaining to be used toward the next $5 reward. All points and rewards are valid for 12 months from the date earned.

Stockdale’s RFD Rewards – Terms & Conditions
Stockdale’s RFD Rewards (RFD) membership is open to all individuals 16 years of age or older legally residing in the United States. The program is intended for individual use only. One membership card will be issued per account, and each individual is only allowed one membership.
Members shall be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein and by all applicable laws. To the fullest extent allowed, the laws of the State of Tennessee shall apply, without regard to its choice of law provisions. All discrepancies in program terms and/or conditions shall be determined at the sole discretion of Stockdale’s LLC (“Stockdale’s”), and Stockdale’s reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and each member shall be bound by any such changes. Federal and state tax liabilities for issuance or use of rewards points or rewards, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the RFD Rewards Member.
Members earn one to three points for every dollar spent on merchandise and gift card purchases. Points cannot be earned on tax, discounts or reward redemptions under the RFD program and redeemed gift cards. Points can be earned at all participating Stockdale’s LLC stores. Promotional point offers, including double or bonus points, may be subject to restrictions and black-out dates at Stockdale’s discretion.
No more than 3,000 points may be earned by a member in a single day. Rewards may be used for merchandise purchases only. Reward points have no cash value. Rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards. Rewards are issued, and must be used, in $5 increments, and there is no carry-over balance for any used rewards. Therefore if a member’s purchase is for less than the reward amount, the remaining unused reward amount will be forfeited.
For every 500 points earned, a $5 reward will be available to the member. Rewards are earned in 500 point increments and will be awarded in $5 increments. Any points earned over the reward amount will remain in the account for up to a year and continue to accumulate until the next $5 reward is earned. Once the member’s account balance reaches 500 points or more, the member’s account will be assigned an additional $5 reward. The reward will automatically be added to the member’s card and be available at the member’s next store visit, unless the member elects to defer the use of the reward. Members may defer rewards up to a maximum reward total of $300 (30,000 points). However, as long as the maximum of $300 in awards or 30,000 points are in the account, no additional points may be earned.
A member’s election to execute the deferral option will not extend the expiration period of the earned rewards. The earned rewards will expire 12 months from the date of issuance for all rewards even if the rewards are deferred, and all expired rewards will automatically be deducted from the member’s account.
Birthday Reward. Members which have a valid email address registered with their card will earn a $5 reward on their birthday. Birthday Rewards will automatically be applied on your first visit to the store during your birthday month, unless you select to defer the reward, however, all Birthday Rewards expire on 30 days after your birthday if unused. Members which do not have a valid email address are not eligible for the birthday reward.
All points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and all Earned Rewards are valid for 12 months from the date issued (except for Birthday Rewards), therefore all unused points and earned rewards will expire 12 months from the date of issue or the date of reward, as applicable. Birthday Rewards expire on the 15th of the month following the birthday month. Expired points and rewards will not be extended or reinstated.
If a membership is acquired at a participating location, the member must go online after the purchase to register the card and to provide the member’s name and contact information. Upon activation, the member will be awarded a $5 new member Reward, which is available for redemption 24 hours after activation. New Member Rewards are not eligible for deferral and will automatically be applied on the member’s first visit to the store following registration. If a membership card is lost or stolen prior to activation, the member should immediately call their local Stockdale’s and submit the proof of purchase, and a new card will then be reissued.
Membership cards or satisfactory proof of account ownership must be presented at the time of purchase to redeem rewards. A member cannot redeem rewards without the membership card or satisfactory proof of account ownership. A membership card is not required to earn points. In lieu of the membership card, members may provide the phone number identified in their account registration to earn points at the time of purchase. Only the member to whom the membership card is issued may earn points, and the member must be paying for such merchandise. Membership cards are issued to individuals only, not businesses or other entities or groups.
Points and rewards are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Members may earn points at any participating Stockdale’s store. Points can only be earned at the time of purchase. Point updates for a store transaction are computer generated, and points will not be awarded for any customer receipt or other proof of purchase presented after the time of visit.
Members must provide a valid email address and other information to register their account. The information provided during registration will not be sold or given to third parties (except for use for administration of the RFD Rewards Program). By registering as a RFD Rewards member, member accepts these program rules (Terms and Conditions) as they may be modified from time to time and published at stockdales.com Each time member participates in the program in any manner (earning points, redeeming points, accessing the website, etc.) member agrees to the current published rules. In addition, by registering as a RFD Rewards member, member consents to receiving periodic emails and account balance information from Stockdale’s. A member may unsubscribe to these email notices, but Stockdale’s will not be able to inform such member about RFD Rewards benefits, send reminders about member’s points and rewards or provide other important RFD Rewards information. Please be sure to update your email address and personal information with any changes. The birthdate that you provide at time of registration cannot be changed. Members are responsible for notifying Stockdale’s of address and email changes. Exclusive offers, promotions and program updates will be emailed to members, and Stockdale’s is not responsible for lost, delayed or undeliverable email.
To ensure delivery of Stockdale’s RFD Rewards emails to your inbox (not bulk or junk folders), please add “stockdales.com” to your address book. Individuals are only allowed one membership. Multiple accounts by the same person are not allowed and will be terminated.
Points may not be earned or rewards used in conjunction with any employee discount or any other designated offer, discount or promotion. Employees of Stockdale’s and their spouses are ineligible for RFD Rewards membership.
Stockdale’s is not liable for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use, whether resulting from a lost card or otherwise. Illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorized use of a member’s RFD Rewards card, or other activity inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, will result in termination of membership and/or forfeiture of earned points and/or rewards. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited and will be terminated. Stockdale’s reserves the right to audit membership accounts at any time and accordingly make account adjustments consistent with these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a lost or stolen card, upon notification, Stockdale’s will send the member a replacement membership card. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Stockdale’s is not responsible for lost points or rewards associated with lost or stolen membership cards. Stockdale’s reserves the right to charge a fee for replacement membership cards not to exceed $5.00.
Stockdale’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the RFD program terms, conditions and rewards without notice, or to terminate the program at any time upon 30 day notice. Stockdale’s reserves the right to assign or change membership fees or membership requirements and benefits at any time. In the event the program is discontinued, any rewards earned prior to the member receiving notice shall be redeemable for a period of 30 days after issuance of notice of discontinuation of the program.
