Griddle Grease-Trap Gate

Designed for full-size HALO Griddles, these grease-trap gates give you better control over food and grease during every cook. Gates install at the rear of the griddle plate, creating a clean barrier that prevents food from sliding into the grease trap while you cook, flip, and scrape (no more lost hotdogs!). Pick the gate from the set that works for your meal: One gate features a grooved lower edge to allow grease to flow freely into the trap, while the other has a solid edge to completely block the grease trap - perfect when cooking eggs or sauces. Gates are designed to work with the proprietary HALO utensil clean-off, so cleanup stays fast and efficient.
